Strong leadership is the foundation of success, and this week, the 2025 LEAD Class officially began their journey with their first in-person session, guided by expert facilitators Jim and Colene Rogers of Retention Architects. LEAD (Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Develop) is an 8-month in-house leadership development program designed to support the growth of emerging executives. Participants will explore different leadership styles, refine strategies for team growth, and develop essential skills to make a lasting impact—both within the organization and in the lives of those we serve. This exclusive opportunity to shape future leaders has been personally curated by CEO Don Bishop. "This program is designed to enhance leadership skills, foster positive influence, and make a meaningful difference for the people we serve," said Bishop. As part of this journey, participants will join a small, select group of peers and engage with expert facilitators, interactive material, and collaborative discussions. Throughout the program, they will: Gain deeper insights into their personality and leadership style. Explore and discuss various levels and approaches to effective leadership. Learn advanced strategies for developing and growing talent within their teams. A commitment to growing leaders from within is a key part of fostering a culture of development and success.
