Our Resident Promise

We live by the Golden Rule of treating others the way we’d like to be treated and have been doing just that since our founding in 2000.

Nothing is more important to us than making sure our resident's decision to move into one of our communities exceeds  expectations.

We understand residents and families truly might not know if this is the best decision for you until you actually move into your new studio, apartment or villa.


If a resident is unsatisfied for any reason with a community within the first 30 days of their move-in date and decide this was not the best living situation, our community will refund a resident's community deposit and any rent paid. Our mission is to treat people as we would like to be treated, and we are serious about meeting the highest levels of our resident's expectations.

At any time after those first 30 days if we do not meet expectations, a resident can elect to leave our community whenever they would like.
Each resident's stay with our communities is on a month-to-month basis; we do not and will not lock people into a long-term lease.


All we ask is a 45-day notice for Independent Living residents and a 30-day notice for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents so we can help make the transition from our community to a place where they may feel more comfortable.
