We recognize to be genuine requires action and a willingness to seek opportunities to place others before self, and must be willing to share our time, talent, and treasure with others.
Of course, we would like to be able to donate and support all the wonderful organizations and individuals that are doing great work in our communities.
Regrettably, this is not possible, so we choose to donate and support needs through several organizations and programs.
Local Commitment
We believe in supporting our team members and communities. The community Heart-2-Heart Acts of Kindness Fund provides ongoing financial support for local needs determined by team members in communities. The purpose of the fund is to treat others like we want to be treated. Sometimes all it takes is a kind word or an act of service to help others. But sometimes a monetary donation is most helpful.
Since its official roll-out in January 2019, SRI Management has returned one percent (1%) of its management fee each month to a community’s Heart-2-Heart Acts of Kindness Fund. This fund is managed locally and each community has the autonomy to give financial contributions to individuals, not-for-profit groups, church groups, or any organization in need.
International Giving
We believe giving goes beyond our borders, so we’ve partnered with Compassion International, a highly transparent non-profit, whose mission it is to provide critical assistance for a child such as disaster relief, nutrition support, and medical needs.
Chaplain Program
We recognize and believe every individual on our team and all our customers are uniquely created while finding purpose and meaning in life is something we all contemplate from time to time.
We also understand we are a diverse group with different backgrounds and beliefs. While respecting an individual’s personal beliefs, we also acknowledge life is more than work and the present but has a spiritual component.
The SRI Management Chaplain program is available for our team members. A chaplain is essentially an individual providing emotional support and spiritual care to members outside of their faith community. Our Corporate Chaplain can share supports in the difficulties of life and offer some spiritual help and directions in those difficult times, as well as work-life balance conversations, and short-term pastoral counseling.
Tuition Reimbursement
If you are just starting your career or want to go back and complete a degree, SRI Management believes in supporting our team members in their professional development.
Education often opens opportunities so that’s why we offer tuition reimbursement to all corporate and community team members. Each person’s professional journey is different, and SRI Management wants to help ensure those wanting to learn have an opportunity.
