We Welcome Five More Communities

We are excited to announce the addition of five new communities to our growing portfolio in partnership with Imprint Property Group.

With this expansion, we are strengthening our presence in Colorado, Kansas, South Carolina, and Oklahoma, ensuring that more seniors can experience our approach to senior living:

With these additions, SRI Management now oversees 54 communities in 13 states, each dedicated to providing outstanding care, engaging lifestyles, and a true sense of home.

“This expansion marks an exciting milestone as we continue to grow and bring our signature approach to senior living into new markets,” said SRI Management CEO Don Bishop. “We remain dedicated to creating vibrant communities where you or your loved one can thrive.”

Our partnership with Imprint Property Group brings together a shared commitment to excellence in senior living.

With SRI Management’s expertise in community operations and resident engagement and Imprint Property Group’s strength in real estate development and investment, we ensure that every community provides the highest level of care, innovative programs, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Noah Drever, CEO of Imprint Property Group, shares our enthusiasm:
“All of us at Imprint are excited to begin a long-standing relationship with SRI Management. Their reputation for exceptional leadership and resident-centered care makes them the ideal partner, and we look forward to working together to enhance these communities.”

For decades, SRI Management has been committed to enriching the lives of seniors through Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Our focus is on providing not just care but a fulfilling lifestyle that makes every day meaningful. We are honored to continue this mission as we grow.

Strong leadership is the foundation of success, and this week, the 2025 LEAD Class officially began their journey with their first in-person session, guided by expert facilitators Jim and Colene Rogers of Retention Architects. LEAD (Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Develop) is an 8-month in-house leadership development program designed to support the growth of emerging executives. Participants will explore different leadership styles, refine strategies for team growth, and develop essential skills to make a lasting impact—both within the organization and in the lives of those we serve. This exclusive opportunity to shape future leaders has been personally curated by CEO Don Bishop. "This program is designed to enhance leadership skills, foster positive influence, and make a meaningful difference for the people we serve," said Bishop. As part of this journey, participants will join a small, select group of peers and engage with expert facilitators, interactive material, and collaborative discussions. Throughout the program, they will: Gain deeper insights into their personality and leadership style. Explore and discuss various levels and approaches to effective leadership. Learn advanced strategies for developing and growing talent within their teams. A commitment to growing leaders from within is a key part of fostering a culture of development and success. Ryan Carlson, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, reinforced this vision. "Developing leaders internally is not just about filling positions—it’s about creating a culture where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered to grow," said Carlson. "The LEAD program is a testament to our investment in our people, and we look forward to seeing this class thrive and shape the future of our company." As these future leaders embark on their journey, they will gain invaluable skills and experiences that will support their growth and drive meaningful impact. Congratulations to the 2025 LEAD Class—we look forward to seeing the contributions they will make to the organization! 2025 LEAD Class Janet Albert Tony Anderson Casey Coppage Michelle Donnahoo Tonya Hundley Josh Jonsson Sandar Jordan Lindsay Warren Julia White
