Cindy Hodges of The Glen at Lake Oconee Village has been named Director of Sales of the Year. She received this award based on her servant leadership while demonstrating excellence in her character, compassion, commitment, consistency, and communication.

Sharee Harman of Summer Vista has been awared the Director of Resident Services of the Year. Her committment to residents and their families is second to none.

Culinary Director of the Year
Judith Taylor-Young of The Colonnade at Carrollwood has been named, again, Culinary Director of the Year. She earned this accolade for 2021 and now 2022.

Director of Maintenance of the Year
Nelson Ford has been named Director of Maintenance of the Year. He's been a pillar at The Beacon of Gulf Breeze for many years racking up numerous other awards.

Director of Activities of the Year
Sharon Poiter of The Colonnade at Carrollwood has been named the Director of Activities for 2022. Her excellence in SRI Management's five Cs are the reason for this recognition.

Bestest of the Best for 2022
Thomas "Tbo" Ott was named the Bestest of the Best for 2022. The Bestest of the Best for 2022 recipient is selected by their peers from a pool of 12 individuals whom received one of the monthly Best of the Best awards in 2022.
On June 25, 2022, Thomas Ott - better known as Tbo - passed unexpectedly while fishing in Georgia. He was 39 and survived by his wife and two young children.
