SRI Management believes caring for people with dementia is more than just a program; it is a new way of life.

That is why the SRI Pathways approach to care is very special and is incorporated into our communities serving those with memory care needs.

The needs of an individual with Alzheimer’s, or similar memory impairment, are delicate and deserve much-needed attention. It also manifests itself differently in each person making the pathway for one person very different from the pathway of another.

Residents are not only provided with a secure home-like environment, but they are also served by staff with enhanced training and an increased staff-to-resident ratio, as well as having a specialized schedule of daily activities complimenting each resident’s desire to have a purpose.

SRI Pathways is designed to help residents maintain quality of life; and as much independence as possible in a safe, caring home-like atmosphere.
