Managing Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities has been the focus of our company for over 20 years. Our team has expertise in every aspect of the industry from ownership, ground-up development, acquisitions, sales, construction finance, re-finance, to turnarounds and troubled assets. We have experienced the highs and lows of the various economic cycles, however, our “Resident First” approach and “Commitment to Quality” has remained steadfast.
Owners often have different objectives and visions for their properties and appreciate personalized attention from the management company they select. We manage from an owner’s perspective so that we partner with the owner or their representative to execute their vision and give the peace of mind that a dedicated team is committed to deliver – high quality services and the desired financial results.
We work with a variety of owners, both public and private, with single assets and multiple sites. These include Real Estate Investment Trust, physician groups, and individual investors with a variety of properties large and small, new and seasoned. Regardless of the ownership or representative, we seek to understand the product, programs, services, and financial goals of each owner.
Our team has the experience to meet a wide array of services for the senior living owner, including:
- Day-to-Day Management
- Sales & Marketing
- Licensure and Regulatory Compliance
- Human Resources
- Managing renovations
- Project Feasibility
- Pre-development assistance
- Pre-opening management
Mission-driven with bottom line results.
