Sage Development Group in partnership with SRI Management, LLC are excited to present the area’s newest senior living development, Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach. Located on ALF Coleman Road, next to Woodlawn Methodist Church and across from J.R. Arnold High School, Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach will be a rental community for seniors, featuring independent living apartments within a 90,000 square foot, three story building, encompassing 86 apartments ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms — all of which include outdoor space. Also, for independent living are 42 villas. Each 1,850 square –foot villa offers a two bedroom, two bath floor plan and two car garage.
Amenities to be featured on the 22-acre, manicured grounds include restaurant-style dining, transportation services, full-time concierge, salon/barbershop, theater, multiple lounges, pool, pet area and much more.
Seagrass Village will also include The Haven… a dedicated community for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The 36,000 square-foot, single-story building will consist of 51 apartments with accommodations for 68 residents, featuring both private and semi-private floor plans.
Amenities offered within The Haven include three daily meals; specialized trained staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; laundry and housekeeping services; secured outdoor patio; physical, occupational and speech therapies to promote continued independence; and much more.

Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach is currently the second community under the Seagrass umbrella of Sage Development and the fourth senior living community developed overall. Currently in development is Seagrass Village of Fleming Island, FL, which is in the middle stages of construction and is scheduled to open in late 2017. Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach has currently brought 150 construction jobs to the area and, once completed, will add another 150-plus jobs. The total project cost is in excess of $38-million.
