New $45M Murrells Inlet Retirement Community Breaks Ground

From The Post and Courier / Georgetown Times — Close to the county line in Murrells Inlet the morning of July 28, Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce helped break ground for a new $45 million senior living facility called Magnolia Bridge.

 

Set to open in 12 months, Julia White with Magnolia Bridge said it is already one-third of the way reserved out, and she expects it to have a waitlist by the time it opens.
