How to Visit Virtually with a Loved One

In-person visitation to senior living communities has been temporarily suspended per an executive order from Gov. Ron DeSantis, in order to prevent the spread of illness and protect resident’s well-being. We understand this is a difficult time for our residents as are not able to see their loved ones in person.  However, there are many ways to visit “virtually.”

How can I contact my loved one?

Each community has options for families and friends of their residents to schedule phone/video calls with their loved one, so that they are able to stay in contact during this time.

How do I sign up for a virtual visit?

Reach out to your community to learn about their virtual visitation options by calling them directly, or check out their Facebook page as many communities have posted their video chat options.
