Circle of Excellence
A small group is selected annually to be advisors throughout the year on topics facing our communities. This group helps drive and shape SRI Management's future.
Circle of Excellence recipients are selected annually and help guide SRI Management with invaluable feedback.
Started in 2020, The SRI Management annual Circle of Excellence award recognizes individuals who work within the communities we manage.
The recipients of this award have demonstrated the highest level of operational performance and achievement in their various responsibility areas.
Once selected, they are invited to participate and give feedback during monthly meetings headed by SRI Management's CEO Don Bishop.
In addition to having a positive impact on their community, Circle of Excellence members consistently show servant leadership and SRI Management’s five Cs: Character, Compassion, Commitment, Consistency, and Communication.
