Don W. Bishop, Chief Executive Officer

Don Bishop is a founding member of SRI Management, LLC. Don brings over 21 years of healthcare experience with 18 years in the seniors housing industry. As the CEO, Don is actively involved in the overall corporate strategy and  operations. In addition, Don seeks to develop new business relationships and opportunities for the company.

Prior to starting the company, he served as Senior Consultant for The Girvin Group, a Tallahassee based healthcare consulting firm. In this capacity, he specialized in providing clients with assistance in health planning and monitoring the changes in the healthcare industry.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Don and his wife, Allison, have been married for 23 years and have three teenage children. He and his family are very active in their local church. When not with his family, at work or at church, Don enjoys spending time outdoors.

Richard H. Crawford, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Richard Crawford is also a founding member of SRI Management. Richard is a highly analytical individual actively involved in the financial management decisions for SRI Management and its clients. He provides financial oversight for the company for all of its development, growth and operational activities.

While building a 35-year career in healthcare, Richard has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several hospitals, and has managed the financial growth of institutions with annual revenues in excess of $60M. His extensive experience in budgeting and financial modeling has resulted in achieving planned financial results.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida as well as a Master of Business Administration from Nova University. Richard is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant. He also is a founding member and current board member of Superior Residences, Inc.

Dennis K. McCarthy, Chief Information Officer

Dennis McCarthy is also a founding member of SRI Management and has provided information technology expertise for its clients. Dennis supplies the information technology strategy for the company’s development, growth and operations activities. He oversees all technology and information management operations for the company; including network and infrastructure, system selection and implementation, and policy, procedure and process oversight for the company’s management of its information assets.

Prior to joining SRI Management, he served the BayCare Health Care Network as a Regional Director of Provider Services. In this role he was responsible for oversight of a ten-hospital network’s external sources and needs for information services, including out-patient clinics, off-site clinics and physician practices. Dennis has developed particular expertise in the practical application of information technology in the health care setting.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College.

Dennis has been married to Sally for 34 years, and they have two children and two grandchildren. Dennis and Sally spend time enjoying the church, the arts, time in the kitchen and the woods of North Georgia whenever they get an opportunity.

Shelley Kaiser, Vice President of Operations

Shelley Kaiser is SRI Management’s Vice President of Operations for properties in the Company’s Navy Division. In the past two years she has had primary lead in management for the pre-opening and start-up of three senior housing communities in Florida. Shelley joined the company in 2009 as the Executive Director of Superior Residences of Niceville Memory Care, was promoted to Regional Manager, and more recently Vice President of Operations.

Shelley is a proven healthcare executive and has an extensive multi-site background in operations, sales and marketing, and quality services in independent living, assisted living and memory care. She is an experienced operator with over 15 years in the senior housing industry.

Shelley enjoys sailing, hiking and beach volleyball and spends much of her free time working with the national youth organization, The Young Marines.

Donna Sullivan, Vice President of Operations

Donna Sullivan is SRI Management’s Vice President of Operations for properties in the Company’s Silver Division. In this capacity, Donna oversees all operations as well as Resident Care and Programming, Sales and Marketing, and Quality Assurance. She joined the company in 2008 as the regional director of operations and later was promoted to Vice President of Operations. After a brief and successful hiatus with a national operator, she returned to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company’s existing and new properties in the preopening phase.

Donna has an extensive multi-site background in operations, sales and marketing, and quality services in assisted living, memory care, and independent living. She is an experienced operator with over 20 years in the seniors housing industry, and previously served as Regional Director of Operations for Emeritus Senior Living, overseeing several regions in their Southeast Division. Donna attended University of South Florida majoring in Business Administration.

Donna and her husband Richard, enjoy creating special memories with their seven grandchildren. When time permits Donna also enjoys playing tennis and participating in USTA tennis tournaments.

Seth R. Walker, CPA, Director of Finance and Accounting

Seth Walker is the Company’s Director of Finance and Accounting. Seth performs a wide range of duties contributing to the overall success of the company and properties under management. In this position, Seth develops, implements, and ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, provides timely and accurate financial statements for various stakeholders, and develops projections for existing and new developments.

Prior to joining SRI Management, Seth was a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta and spent time in the Deloitte &Touche audit practice.

Seth attended the University of Florida where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Accounting and received his Masters of Accounting. He is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Heidi Ledbetter, CPA, Senior Accountant

Heidi Ledbetter joined the SRI Management team in May 2017. Heidi provides accounting support to all SRI communities with a focus on revenue. Prior to joining SRI Management, Heidi was a Financial Analyst for WageWorks. She holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting and Business Administration from Flagler College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Heidi and her husband Stephen enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, serving in their church, and relaxing at home with their dogs.

Jennifer D. McConnell, RN, Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management

Jennifer McConnell is SRI Management’s Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management. Jennifer oversees the Company’s quality auditing program and regulatory compliance. In addition, her responsibilities include training and developing education programs in support of community operations.

Jennifer is an experienced health care expert having most recently acting as a nurse consultant for a regional consulting firm with over 100 client facilities. She began her career as an Emergency Department Nurse at Macon Northside Hospital.

Elizabeth Rambow, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Elizabeth Rambow oversees all sales and marketing for our Navy region. Her career brings over 30 years of experience with over 10 of those in the senior living industry covering independent, assisted living and memory care. She joined SRI in 2010 and served as a Senior Solutions Director before being promoted in 2015 to her current role as Regional Director.

Elizabeth has been recognized by FL ALFA for her outstanding performance in sales and marketing. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she majored in Marketing. Elizabeth currently sits on the Board for the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging and for Covenant Alzheimer’s Services.

Sandy Johnson, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Sandy Johnson provides oversight and direction for sales and marketing in the Silver Region. As an experienced and proven professional, Sandy has over 7 years’ experience in seniors housing sales and marketing. She is a passionate leader who excels in developing and coaching sales teams to achieve results even within very competitive markets.

Prior to joining the SRI Management team, Sandy was the Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Pacifica Senior Living in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing sales for 9 communities. Sandy also spent 5 years with Holiday Retirement for multiple communities, receiving several awards for excellence including being named the #1 Community Sales Leader for the company four times.

Marisa Strain, RN, Regional Director of Resident Services

Marisa Strain oversees all aspects of nursing in the Company’s Navy Division. She is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years in the healthcare industry and an extensive nursing and senior healthcare marketing background.

Most recently, Marisa was the Patient Care Coordinator with Kindred where she had clinical oversight of patients in 21 ALF Communities as well as responsibilities of being the liaison between her patients and the physician. She was responsible for the education of over 40 field clinicians as well as continued education for the ALF’s in her region.

Marisa have five children and two grandchildren. She enjoys outdoor activities and is active with her church.

Todd Filippone, District Director of Operations

Todd Filippone is the company’s District Director of Operations. Todd is charged with overseeing the operations and development of three communities in the Panama City Beach, FL.

Prior to joining SRI Management in 2015, Todd held Executive Director roles with regional and national providers in the mid-Atlantic and southeast United States.

Todd attended California University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree focusing on Finance.

Todd spends most of his free time on the golf course or running.

Cathy Parker, Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Cathy Parker has been part of the SRI Management team since April 2004. Along with overseeing the daily activities of the corporate office, Cathy is the point of contact for licensure and general, professional, and property insurance. In addition, she works closely with many of the company’s lenders and investors.

Prior to joining SRI, Cathy was the payroll supervisor for Watkins Engineers and Constructors which specialized in construction work throughout the United States. Before her employment at Watkins, Cathy worked many years as an accounting/payroll/HR Assistant with Gulf Telephone Company.

Cathy and her husband David have two children and two grand-daughters. Cathy enjoys family events and activities in her church.

Arloa “Loa” Jackson, Financial Services Technician

Loa joined the SRI Management team in May 2011 at the Company’s Operation Center in Spring Hill. Loa is an experienced and skilled accounts payable professional and works closely with the Company’s CFO in maintaining accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Loa begin her career in healthcare working in Emergency Room Admissions for Pontiac General Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. She met her husband in Freeport, Bahamas and then moved to England. She later returned to the States to work at Bayonet Point Hospital and then Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill, Florida. For over 27 years she worked in the areas of Admissions, Coordinator in Data Entry, Supervisor of IT&S Departments and the Fiscal Services Department.

Loa and her husband Pete have two children. The enjoy traveling and spending time with their two grandsons. Loa also enjoys music and car racing. She has made the 2.5 mile trip around the famous Daytona International Track in a NASCAR car and looks forward to doing it again.

Lisa Kerekach, Financial Services Technician

Lisa joined our team in July 2015. Her background and experience was a welcome addition to our Operations Center. Lisa provides financial and administrative support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments and reconciling invoices.

Prior to joining SRIM Lisa worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Her most recent position was as an office manager for a chiropractor’s office where she worked for 10 years.

Lisa and her husband have been married for 14 years and have a 12 year old son. They enjoy the outdoors and love boating, swimming, camping and kayaking.
